thank you! seems that new chars don't have the proficiency
till somewhere in game... well any way thank you.

Well I'd love to make the game's enemies more challenging, but I'm not interested in multiplayer.

I know, it was made to shine when going co-op, but I'm sick and tired of every goddamn shooter suddenly being focused on teamplay... I'm a loner dammit!

I enabled the console but I don't think the codes work. I tried just entering them and then tried entering them with a /cheatcodehere. All it does is say "say demigod" or whatever you enter.

Yes like I said you do not get the proficiency codes until you actually use that weapon type. Same thing with the skill tree. If you did not acquire it in game you will not get them in the save file. Because how will it save something you never got/used before. Follow what I mean?

if there was a way to artificially increase the difficulty , like it does in multilayer every time a new character is added you'd get way better drops but the game would be massively harder

I also use 3rd person for my videos, I have all the info on that first link as well as the source. I have actually combined 2 different codes and had to move a couple keys around (they don't interfere with the trainer when they get it fixed) I can run 3rd person from the F3 key but that code shoots in 1st person or I use the F6 & F7 keys to start 3rd, shoot in 3rd person, then return to first using the F7. If anyone is interested in me elaborating on this, I can post the codes I use and how I altered them.

Also, since I don't have the trainer to use, I've been using the gibbed save editor (if you use one for ME2, this is similar) and you can find that here:

Between the demi god code and the save game editor (it works with DLC4), I've gotten along without the trainer, although I miss it. My site is mature, so be warned, should you stray off the links I've provided.
