My pick locks will not open they are all lined up and nothing happens WTF.

Try turning off the one hit kill option if activated, had the same issue at first, it should unlock as soon as you deactivate the option if the symbols are lined up correctly, also try deactivating the other options incase it doesn't work. (But it should fix it.)
Just turn them on and off as you play, haven't tested this new version yet though so it might be fully fixed now.

the trainer caused my game to crash. the whole screen just goes white and just hang there

I know the game's old and kinda sucky as a console port, but confirmed that the trainer does indeed force a CTD upon loading screens. Had a hunt around the game menu, and the game install directory but the file Details list isn't populated (lazy dev's) so can't confirm what the current Version of the game's .exe is.
All I can say to help is that my current install (bought it during the Halloween sales) is SawGame.exe(25,116kb)
CookerSync_Game.xml containes the line "" but probably not helpful.
If this could be looked into then it would be awesome
