Weapons are forbidden unless in combat, due to frequent accidental deaths. Those with high ranks are the only ones permitted to carry blades and guns.

*puts rocket launcher in the armoury, situated near the battle arena*

Ah well, I'll just have to be patient then. I did like that rocket launcher though, been by my side everywhere.
