can someone please let me know if there is a way to remove the 2 unit limit cap on the marines. Kind of dumb that in my entire empire i can only have 2 units of marines.

Find yourself a old version of DBEditor or Packfilemanager, (new ones dont work anymore because of pressure from developer) with those programs you can edit in the packfiles.

Find the pack file that handles units, there you can change the number allowed.
