Ok im kina new at this whole trainer thing,exactly how do i make it work in the game after I download one?? Thanks for replies!!

I Got it working for steam version.

1. Download trainer(make sure its correct version)
2. Right click on trainer and go to compatibility and check "run as administrator.
3. Run trainer and then start game.
Note:
Some trainers require you hit F1 to activate trainer during game.

That does not work. Your have to run as admin just to keep the trainer open. Also on another post they said they would not make 1.30 trainer for steam/d2d version. I'm glad I wasted my money on this site.

Kind of disappointing, but at least the other trainers are ok.

I would love to see a functioning trainer for Steam TQ so I didn't have to mess around with no-cd exe's, no trainer customization and the middle function keys that do not work...

...specifically F5. I'd rather have skills than levels.
