Numpad 1: Score +1
Numpad 2: Score - 1
Numpad 3: Hard Cap Increase
Numpad 4: Salary Cap Increase
Numpad 5: Staff Budget Increase
Numpad 6: Freeze Shot Clock
Numpad 7: End Quarter
Numpad 8: 99999 Skill Points
Numpad 9: Max Stats
Numpad +: Speed Up Game
Numpad -: Slow Game
Numpad .: Normal Speed
Numpad 0: Confusion
Numpad *: Unlimited Stamina


Notes
-------

Numpad 1: Score +1 - activate this during game and the team with
the ball will have a score increase. You may not notice
the score change right away.

Numpad 2: Score - 1 - activate this during game and the team with
the ball will have a score decrease. You may not notice
the score change right away.

Numpad 3: Hard Cap Increase - activate this at the GENERAL MANAGER
section in the TEAM BUDGET section to see effect.

Numpad 4: Salary Cap Increase - activate this at the GENERAL MANAGER
section in the TEAM BUDGET section to see effect.

Numpad 5: Staff Budget Increase - activate this at the GENERAL MANAGER
section in the TEAM BUDGET section to see effect.

Numpad 6: Freeze Shot Clock - activate during the game to freeze the
24 second shot clock.

Numpad 7: End Quarter - end the current quarter.

Numpad 8: 99999 Skill Points - pressing this key will give you 99999
skill points to use

Numpad 9: Max Stats - use this in the Skill Points screen and your stats
will instantly fill to 99.

Numpad +: Speed Up Game - press to speed up game.

Numpad -: Slow Game - press to slow the game.

Numpad .: Normal Speed - press for normal game speed.

Numpad 0: Confusion - this 10 second option causes the players on the
screen to make mistakes in a higher percentage. They might
stay in the lane too long, hold the ball and not pass, walk out
of bounds, make defensive errors, etc. Press the key and the
effect lasts about 10 seconds. This will not always affect
every player or every situtaion.

Numpad *: Unlimited Stamina - stamina is unlimited
