1) How can I remove my profile header pic? 2) If I'm an author, sending cheats will make the cheats show quickly or they have to be checked?

You can get an empty header in Edit profile > Select Profile Header > Go on page 8, scroll down and you'll see No Header Image. Select that. As for cheats I think they all have to be checked no matter your rank.
