I have faced problem during the installation of Orange Box.

I got stuck at the installation: frozen at creating local file caches...

Can anyone help me?

If you have the DVD,
try just inserting your cd key unto Steam,
then you will be able to download it instead.

If you are infact stuck with the download installation,
try uninstalling Steam and reinstall Steam again!
