Hey,
I already Played couple of maps and gained experience with the gameplay...
I noticed that a building's service quality will raise based on the option of upgrade or service you set it (four colored brochure, etc...) and you can also make a visit with your president to the building and he will increase the service quality... what other factors increase service quality?? or how does the service quality is being calculated??
Also i noticed when i started getting into tourism, that the pool and beach site buildings are rarely being used... service quality is high, and the fee is laughable... but still i get a 3 visit under (lifetime) while other buildings with much higher fee gets like 40-50 and they all were constructed at the same time...(same goes for the pool) i thought maybe its because they already passed their spending limit by going to expensive hotel and expensive site... but when i balanced and reduced all the prices to experiment with it... still no luck... any idea?

Take a look at the color of the ground when placing tourist stuff like beach sites. If it turns into a grid, then look for green beaches to place it. It acts much like the farms. Unfortunately not all beaches are "ideal" for tourists.

Yeah i know... the one i placed was on max green area... i dont get it...
btw, if you have an area you want to use for tourism, just place your hotel there and surround the location with decorations of trees or status or whatever, tourism green area is basically "beauty" level of the location itself... so practically you can turn any place into a tourist location, unless its really close to crap like industry or riff raff's housing etc
