Nope, can't. Saves and unlocks are tied to profile. Savegames and game profile don't even work without copying Windows Live profile along.

Hi, thank u very much. I love your savegame. It really makes this game easier. The problem is, I don't know how to use herbs. Every time I approach herb, it says full so I can't take anymore. Even if I open inventory (default key is 'E') there is no healing item available whatsoever. This game has apparently eliminated the ability to use healing items without taking it like the previous games. Even if the character (I play Chris) is low on health, there is nothing I can do to heal him. Do I miss a button I need to press? I I didn't mean to say that your savegame is buggy or something, it's just the situation I've currently faced. Or is this the default bug by the game itself? for the info.
You can't pick up herbs because your inventory is full. I placed in eventory one gun of each type by default. In order to free up space in your inventory either go to inventory before you start a level and remove some items from character's inventory (they will appear at the bottom - in general inventory) OR during level play open inventory ("E" key) and discard the weapons you don't need (i.e. throw them away). It will free your inventory slots.
