Here's the readme on the options:

Options
-------

Numpad 1: Pileup Burst
Numpad 2: Mega Money
Numpad 3: 1000 Aggression Points
Numpad 4: 1000 Precision Points
Numpad 5: Unlimited Nitrous
Numpad 6: Save Position
Numpad 7: Teleport
Numpad 8: Undo Teleport
Numpad 9: Super Jump
Numpad .: Quick Race
Numpad +: Quick Time Attack Race
Numpad -: Mega Stars
Numpad 0: Unlock Cars
Numpad *: Unlock Upgrades

Notes
-------

Numpad 1: Pileup Burst - press this key while in race and you will see your
opponents will crash instantly. Use this to get ahead of them
or for just the fun of it.

Numpad 2: Mega Money - turn this on and then enter the CAR LOT and you will
see that you have more money!

Numpad 3: 1000 Aggression Points - press this key during the race and you
will gain 1000 more aggression points. You will see your Profile
Points increase.

Numpad 4: 1000 Precision Points - press this key during the race and you
will gain 1000 more precision points. You will see your Profile
Points increase.

Numpad 5: Unlimited Nitrous - turn this option on and during races you will
find that your nitrous never runs out. Also, note that this option
affects the player ONLY. Your opponents do not get the same advantage.

Numpad 6: Save Position - saves your position on the track.

Numpad 7: Teleport - teleport back to the saved position.

Numpad 8: Undo Teleport - undo the teleport.

Numpad 9: Super Jump - vaults your car up in the air. Use this for fun or to
vault over cars in the track, get over obstacles, leap over crashed
cars, etc.

Numpad .: Quick Race - Turn this on at beginning of race and you will win as soon
as you pass through a checkpoint. Use option below for Time Attack races.

Numpad +: Quick Time Attack Race - Turn this on at beginning of race and you will
win as soon as you pass through a checkpoint. Only use this option in
Time Attack Races.

Numpad -: Mega Stars - this option will give you 32 stars for each race that you
have entered. Turn this option on and enter a race and you can finish
the race or leave the race and when you get back you will see that you
have 32 more stars. Use this to quickly accumulate stars. The real
amount of stars is not modified and when you turn this off and load
from scratch your actual stars are returned. This allows you to
open up later tiers quicker.

Numpad 0: Unlock Cars - turn this on and enter the car lot and you can begin
buying ANY car immediately.

Numpad *: Unlock Upgrades - turn this on and you can buy the upgrades for
each car.

NICE! Quick work!

this game....no matter how fast is your car, or how many nitros you got, without a proper (G25 etc) wheel its simply unplayable.

is it possible to make a option to unlock everything like cars, upgrades and other thing so you can buy it???

and a option so you always finish first.

I think you can raise your points and then you can buy anything you want or ? Didn't test yet, since i'm at work

The Mega Money option, can we just keep on pressing it to accumulate money without having to leave and enter the car lot over and over again?

Didn't test yet, since I'm installing Championship Manager 2010

Also, how exactly do you use option 6 and 7?

I would guess you drive one round, save shortly before the finish line, and after you pass it you press it again, drive over the line again and have one round more ? Don't know exactly, but thats what my guess would be.
