I'm have issues with crash to desktop out of no where.

PC specs are Video : Sapphire HD4870 1GB | CPU : Phenom X3 710 @ 2.6Ghz | MoBo : Gigabyte GA-MA790X-UD4P | RAM : 6 GB ( Only 3.5 GB reading in XP ) | Sound : On Board Realtek 5.1

Seems to crash out of nowhere, at first it was crashing while loading a level, then I updated Vid drivers to latest and then it started crashing while in game playing. Anyone have any similar problems or any suggestions on how to fix the issue? Any help is much appreciated!

i always have same crash on the near the start of the pompeii level i have the same graphics card tho 512mb looks like the game is near nuked

Damn I'm sick of crap coding/games

It's no crap coding/games , they are configured to work best on nVidia card.
I'm a owner of NV card and I agree it's not fair for you guys.
Games should be optimized for everyone.
you guys can try reinstalling physx from NV site and make sure it is not enabled in the game , I read somewhere that it causes crashes in the game to owners of ATI's cards

well i spent over 900 bucks on my nvidia card and just about all my games crash due to some jacked up nvidia driver.realy ****es me off.so if they configured these games to work best on nvidia cards they better go back to configuring school and learn to do it right.

I have 275GTX and I haven't encountered any driver related crashes.
As a matter of fact , I haven't encountered any crashes at all...

My games crashed when starting new game so updated all my drivers,Wish I wouldn't have botherd game is so bad!
