every time i click on download new modules they take me to a website in a strange language someone help

Well I don't remember the site that it look me the last time I clicked it however I believe it should take you to a site called talesworld or something like that. There should be a forum section and in the forum section are the module downloads. However if you cannot find it, you can always search Mount & Blade Modules on google.

when i searched on google i only found modules for 1.011 patch i need modules for 1.003 version of the game i tried patching it but all they said is that the game is not found some1 help

Yup, that's the one you should be going to. It has got a lot, and with a lot I mean A LOT, of mods. Very good ones aswell. I suggest you try the Britain 1297 and the Sword of Damocles mod.
