I am to save a doctor young i think she is called in the x-ray but how do i put the gel on two walls at the same time?

its easy put it on one wall, than go to the other wall and put the gel also there. after that detonate the gel .

Looks like a glitch with the trainer.

I ran into the same problem. Restart at the checkpoint and make sure the Super Damage trainer option is turned off. Then you should be able to spray more than one set of gel.
