Napoleon: Total War Message Board  

its a biiiiiiiiiiiig game. dhampy must be so happy that the release date is here.

if you have seen the reviews it looks much like E:TW just with a few changes to gameplay.

One of the first Total war games to recieve a review below 9, what a shame, i think this franchise is being used as a cashcow now where quantity substitute quality.

I really liked the Total war series untill now.

yea...it does look similar to E:TW...but the gfx look okay and from what i hear its a very big game for an RTS.

who knows all i know is my computer is downloading it now and i cant wait. but i guess i have too

Honestly it has a graphical upgrade, the units act more intelligently, the game play seems quite a bit smoother, the hot jump battles is an awesome idea, and it is by far worth the purchase.

I can understand giving it a 9 though as there is nothing really revolutionary (pardon the pun) about the game compared to E:TW. However, it is definately a solid purchase.

Just want to say that the speed of getting the trainer out for us..is imho OMG FAST!

Just bought the game today and already your trainer was out.
