I tried migrating a Shuckle as well as some other Pokemon over to Diamond and Shuckle won't come appear in Pal Park! Now I can't keep my other Pokemon and can't even migrate! Does anybody know where I can find Shuckle in Pal Park?

Strangely enough, shuckle appears in the sea part of pal park.
