Regarding the Mega Trainer 1.4, Unlimited Tank Health, Stealth Mode....

hello recently downloaded your trainer for call of duty5 world at war (patch 1.4) and i run the trainer(i have tried running as administrator)
then i launch the game i press f1 at the main menu and in game i press any numpad button, i hear "activated" but nothing happens teleporting doesn't work infinite health/ammo does not work none of them work can somebody please help me?
