I lost my profile. While playing game get crashed! after when i try to start again there is no profile also i cant load old saves game directly crashing?
anybody have any idea?

you could download or buy a recovery tool and set recovery location at the profile directory. the directory is at the following:
C:\Users\[Username]>AppData\Roaming\Ubisoft\Anno 1404>profiles --------------------------------------------------------------- or you could get my profile. go to the "a profile ready to be yours" topic and get the details.
