I have tried every trainer and none work. Everytime i try and turn the trainer on i get the,

I have tried every trainer and none work. Everytime i try and turn the trainer on i get the,
"Missing launcher.hlp file"
Tried finding it but i couldnt, i did as the trainer said and reinstalled via game disc and it still doesnt work.
