Is it possible to play as new goblin ( Harry ) or Venom in spiderman 3 on PC? if there is please let

You know why?
Cause I saw some demo videos that you can play as new goblin or venom if you finish spidey 3 100%
and also in ps3 we've got some cheats to play as them

actually you can but! well there is a "but" ok....
to play as new goblin you have to install the colector's edition of spider man 3 and to play as venom collect the meteorites(ALL OF THEM!!!!!!!!)ehm2 sorry for that.
