I really want to become the unlimited menber, but I can not find the way to pay. And I don't know if the RMB in my credit card can pay as US dollar. I also cannot find China in the list. I wish the problem can be solved soon. Thanks.

Try using moneybookers. We tried to signup with AliPay but they wanted $1000 USD just to apply.
