Mechwarrior 4: Mercenaries Message Board  

It's been a while that announcement for new mechwarrior game, but still good to hear.

Well this got me excited www.mechlivinglegends.net/ its a crysis full conversions i was a bit dubious at first but then it looked great from the vids not released yet though no beta even so a bit of time waiting but if ur like me and loves a 100ton war machine then i will wait

Actually my friend, the trailer is released few months ago.

I can wait. I have waited between Mechwarrior, Mech2, Mech3, which was SUPERIOR in almost everyway to Mechwarrior, and then the fantatstic Mech4 Merc. I can definitely wait a year for a clean product...but I wonder if we will get a clean product.

From what i know, the game making company officially announce they REMAKE the mechworrior 4 game instead of naming it mechworrior 5...

There's gameplay with new displays from youtube, it appears they name it as a remake because of remaining the arena style of gameplay. (I prefer they make back some story lines as well like the 1~3 series... )

When I first heard about the new Mechwarrior,I was so excited. But what I don't understand is all the different things people are saying. Remaking Mechwarrior4, or adding a 5th in the series. I heard that they are re-vamping the whole thing, restarting fresh with crisp new graphics.

yes its reboot a new start again, but currently they have legal issues going on so the game is put on hold for time.
