I have my cd but can't find the product code to install it. Have already tried the tiny numbers aroung the inner circle and the official license number on the silver seal (PGT73881857 - not enough numbers). Any help you can provide would be much appreciated.

When you open the crystal box, the serial is usually pasted (Its a sticker) below your CD (Not on).

Or you can grab the manual, see its back and there you might have it aswell. (S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky is like that)

The computer crashed and we had to reload things we wanted on it. We had the CD stored with some of our other system cds but can't find the original case or booklet for the game. We bought it at Best Buy last August in Chicago.

If you cannot get the CD key, buy another license.

Does that require us to purchase another CD? If not, where do you buy another license?

Usually you send an email to EA (I'm not even sure if that is the company that made the game) asking for new one, explaining what happened of course.
