The UK and France have hardly been in corners since the 1950s and although its true that by then they had lost impeding colonial power they would not have in the more aggressive 'Fallout' universe.

But in response to French and British power currently I would hardly call them week as the pooled economic power of the EU means a lot of economical power and enough to rival the United States when dealing with other countries.

HOWEVER, I digress from the thread of more lore in the Fallout games on the Soviet Union and Europe.

its hard to say what should and shouldnt be in a fictional story line/thought process since its isnt being based on history. one turn could have been that england and france pushed back when the ussr and usa pushed them instead of just backing into a corner.
