With AV turned off, firewall turned off and no download accelerator installed, I still cannot access personalized trainers. I have also tried using an offline key with no success.
As far as I can recall, the problem started after I downloaded and installed Vista Service Pack 2.
I also tried uninstalling Vista SP2, with no success.
I have tried everything you have suggested and still cannot access your service which I have paid for.
Can you please advise?

I just had my trainer do the same thing, downloaded a new version - still same outcome.
Now this is the first time I've ever had issues with one of your trainers. Now note, I have not changed anything the last 24 hours, and my trainer worked fine earlier today, suddenly just doesnt want to authenticate.
