I am unlimited member. 2-3 days ago the message 'This trainer has failed an authenticity check and is no longer authorized for use. Please visit CHEATHAPPENS.COM to download a legitimate copy of this file' appeared for all games (other than those that have been publicly released). Downloading a file again meets with the same problem. I am a paying member but getting only the service I would get if I was not paying. Please advise.
Your personalized trainers are working fine on my machine. This means that something on your machine is blocking or interfering with the authentication process. Could be AV, firewall, download accelerator, etc. You can also try using an offline key, but the same program might block it as well.

With AV turned off, firewall turned off and no download accelerator installed, I still cannot access personalized trainers. I have also tried using an offline key with no success. As far as I can recall, the problem started after I downloaded and installed Vista Service Pack 2.
With Windows Defender turned off, Windows Firewall turned off, AV (Avira) disabled and no download accelerator installed, I still have the same error message. I also tried uninstalling Vista SP2, with no success. I have tried everything you have suggested and still cannot access your service which I have paid for. Can you please advise?
I'm sorry, but there is nothing physically wrong with the files you have downloaded as they are tested and working fine here. Perhaps your router/firewall or ISP is blocking access that the trainers need to authenticate. Did you try the offline key?

Hi. I found this thread posting on google. I just had my trainer do the same thing, downloaded a new version - still same outcome. Now this is the first time I've ever had issues with one of your trainers. Now note, I have not changed anything the last 24 hours, and my trainer worked fine earlier today, suddenly just doesnt want to authenticate.
