1. The Bulldog
The bulldog will take down the air bikes with one well-placed 'nade. And all that's needed to get to the next Buraq is simply flying the one you're on up close enough and either jumping (if it's below you) or hooking and reeling the tail (if it's above you). You'll know you're "close enough" when the Buraq you're controlling won't go any closer to the one in front of it. If it's above you and you point the camera up at the tail of the one in front you should get the blue "able-to-grab" reticule and if you keep it there all it takes is a quick release and re-press of the grapple button, then just real in.
As for other missions... it's all a matter of learning to swing and when to let go to get either the height, or the distance you need. (Distance is easier, you release when you hear the sound and the release indicator shows.) I recommend learning this at a point where the game has just saved and then requires you to swing, like one of the mine fields right after a relay hack. That way you lose no progress if you die.
The main thing I had to discover was to rip off that plate just above the ****pit, then access the plane like you would one of those nodes. Then the plane is under your control and you can zip it in towards the next plane. Get close, then let go, and aim at the next plane. Hope this helps.
