I had to start a new campaign after I installed this mod for it to work.
The campaign I have prior to the mod does not use it even though it is installed.

im on steam n found you have to be running it in offline mode for this mod to work and make sure youre starting from the first levrl.

i know,my major problem is that -dev line, you see i have to start with xlive-start,the dow2.exe file doesn't work.

check the "campaign squad cap" thread, i give in one post a list of apps that will be needed, and in another post (the last?) instructions as detailed as i am able to "create" your own mod in such a way that you wont need the -dev commandline
ALWAYS remember to back up files/directories(folders) that you are going to alter....ALWAYS
