If you kill Dwayne you will get only money and friendship with Playboy X. I recommend you to kill Playboy X, you can get his car, apartment and some stuff more.
Kill Playboy X if you want to get 100% When you kill Dwayne you don't get anything good, but if you kill Playboy X you get new house
If you kill Dwayne you won't get anything good..
Kill dwayne and Playboy X will call you to say that since you killed a former friend he wont be a friend to you any more..
If you Kill Playboy X you will get his condor as a safehouse, and you will get dwayne as a friend and can use his special feature "Calling Backup"(3 or 4 guys come to your Aid with eigther the Low level machine gun or The AK-47, i even had 2 guys show up with a M-16 and a RPG.) P.s.
Personally i would kill Playboy X even if i diden't get the Safehouse, as dwayne allready have paid a high price to playboy X(Prison)

On the other hand if you kill Playboy, then Dwayne calls you to want to hang out. It can get annoying listening to his *****ing.
