okay, so i'm sporting my lv. 75 Entei that knows flamethrower, fire blast, bite, and stomp; lv.60 Empoleon: bubblebeam, rock smash, surf, and cut; and a lv.67 Riakou: that knows thunder, thunderfang, rock climb, and strength. now let's say that i go to the Battle Arcade, their lv. down to 50, and i have to face Dalih, or however u spell her name, for the first time. what pokemon should i put first, and what happens if she whoops your ass on the Battle Arcades' floor?

you should give your pokemon some more diverse moves, also take most of the HM's off of them. Except surf, thats a good HM if not used in double battles.

Raikou's special attack is much higher than his regular so replace thunder fang or thunder with thunderbolt. or you can leave thunder if you want the extra power with a sacrifice to accuracy. you can also teach him a move like shadowball for some more coverage. Also calm mind he would benefit from greatly

same thing goes for Entei, you should replace one of those fire moves (depending on what you want more accuracy or power) for another move. Empoleon should be stripped of the HM's sept surf. you could teach it ice beam and grass knot.

but to your actual question. get Dahlia with one of those status things, the first time you fight her she has a Ludicolo, Dusknoir, and a medicham. and if you lose to her your streak will just be broken and you'll have to start over at 1.
