I have a 128 mb video card
should i still be able to run the game fine? 🤔

im a great player of pokemon pearl

Hmmm systemrequirements says, that you need 256 mb of vRAM.

Post your whole system so it would be easier to say if it would run. (CPU, RAM, Graphical Card, OS, HDD Space)

Your video card is poor for the newest game .
but you can play old games like Nfs most wanted and etc .

You can't say that...
Maybe he have newer low end Graphical card and it may be enough for some games, which require 256 MB.
It's highly unlikely, but it can be.

but his video card is old .
it isn't enough (for example) for a game like Crysis !!
or GTA iv !

For example an HD4550 with 128 MB should be enough for TDU and for Crysis too
Memory size is not everything.

I could run the game fine with my Nvidia 6200 VGA.
But in comparison to my new 8500 one,the game wasn't really nice...Sticky steering and not good quality sound were the main problems I had.
