hey guys, des some of you guys maby know how you can upgrade the wapon licences of your family without going online?
Is there any way to tweak or mod that?
Nope.
My advise is, go check out your businesses, search for guys you can make a "Made Man" then, when you find one that fits your weapons license needs you mark the one with the lower license for death and kill him then "Made Man" the one with the good weapons license, at least that's what I do.
