Fallout 3 Message Board

When I start fallout 3 i get a don't send message there is a code with is exception code 0Xc0000005

do any of you think it would be a graphic problem because i have 128mb and i found out you need 256mb to run the game

128mb video would make your game very laggy and sluggish controls.
