Creating this after their all time game which really made the company well known, of course i am talking about GRID.

I know both games are irreverent but to make such a bad game after a good one...

I have to disagree, haha, it's not too bad. Few things I like about it. The graphics, one huge game world, the fact that it's quads and buggy's (I mean come on ) and other little extras. Such as in race, you get the route markers 'above' the road, which makes it dead easy to see and follow, as opposed to floor marking or having to glance at the GPS every too seconds. Also, the game itself really seems quite stable. I had no crashes, freezes, glitching or any other strange things happen. It's OK in my opinion. Compared to a lot of other recent releases anyway

I agree codemasters has screwed themselves by using games for windows live crap. That kills people that make mods for these kind of games.

Oh I totally agree. GFWL screws things up so much. At least with DoW II I was able to mod stuff, but that's only cus the files were so open and it wasn't MP. FUEL's good though.

I think Fuel and Grid are two totally different games:
fuel has nice and fast graphics
grid has nice but CPU killing graphics
fuel has a huge world to explore
grid is only you and racing cicuit
fuel has fun arcade style gameplay
grid has challenging,extremely realistic gameplay
I think both are masterworks of codemasters.

i think both games are incredibally boring fuel has no physics and is really unrealistic while grid reminds me of outrun 1

what... GRID graphic's arent a CPU killer O_o ... depends on what kinda ure running on

Well I can't debate to the point that all of Codemaster's Racing games look alike.

But I do admire Brian Lara Cricker 07 and Overlord 2 which are produced by them.
