Hi guys,

I'm stuck on the first mission where you have to designate targets for the Copperhead missiles?

I've already used the laser designator to destroy the house; the Zsu-34 that was camouflaged and the tank strolling along the beach.

I have no idea what to do next?

Anyone passed this point yet?

My final task is to designate targets but I got none?

you need to designate the enemy HQ building and tanks down the village if i remember correctly

hello i´m, also stuck here i can´t plat the schatsel charges
no matter what i try they can´t be planted so i´m failin the mission misrebaly

I tried blowing everything and everyone up (I felt like I was playing GTA4 for a while with the amount of firepower I was laying down on the place) but to no avail...

I tried doing it in different order ... nope

Though I read somewhere in the BI forums that if your squad fails to link up at some point earlier and you fail that particular objective it won't let the mission end...??

Another guy said that if that tank crew is alive after you hit it with the Laser Guided bomb, the mission won't end either...

On top of the various BSOD's i'm getting on that mission I just did ENDMISSION and skipped the bugger since I was at the end anyway.


Satchel Charges - Dunno if its a bug or just how you do it, but I crawled underneath the radio trailer; selected the satchel (you have a choice of 30sec or touch off which means remote). Plant it and haul a$$!

Fubar, there are objectives earlier in the mission where you have to regroup with your team at two different locations.

If you fail either one of these "regroup" objectives, you won't be able to finish the mission, it will just sit there after you destroy your 3 targets.

Same thing happened to me, I went back and successfully completed the regroup objectives and was able to trigger the ending to the mission.

Its not correct about the regroup mission objectives needing to be done i luckily finished the mission on my first playthrough and i had missed one of the regroup objectives! I think it is alot more likely that a little glitch has the tank crew alive or maybe a glitch to do with the destruction of one of the targets. . .

Also to do with the satchel charges i think u maybe be having a blonde moment. . i had the same first time i tried!! u dont get out the satchel charge then u press again to use it by going into the action menu and clicking on the stchel u deploy it straight away!! they are hard to see with the way the ground looks etc. once u have pressed it u can walk away use the mouse wheel and select either touch bomb off or set timer to 30 secs!!

I had a whale of a time with the unlimited ammo cheat on my game and where i didnt realise what i was doing i layed satchel charges every where around the camp and once i found the touch bomb off i blew up everything in a 30 m radius!! including me and my team!!
