it's strange, I've tried every one of the trainers but none of them seems to work, all they do is crash the game after a short time playing, would this happen to be because the Australian release of GTA4 is modified to get past the ratings again?
This is due to the complicated nature of XLive. XLive is a system adopted by Microsoft to undertake anti-cheat measures in games. So, XLive checks the game's memory randomly to detect any alterations. If yes, then the game crashes with a false alarm or completely.
GTA IV is one of the toughest games to train, so it is important for you to read the text file supplied with the trainer for proper usage!

Geez talk about boring, to me this live thing sucks all the fun out of games from what i can see, makes me think i should have gone with the steam version and can only hope it doesn't have live with it, bet you can't even mod the game anymore.
Ga, I followed the instructions an still nothing seems to happen to make it work, and still crashes the game even tho i followed the instructions in the text file, for all the graphics and game play, this game isn't worth it if you can't have any fun with it when your bored, Live games suck.

Well I said something worse when I first encountered XLive...But later on you tend to adjust with it.
As I said before....use the DLL Hooker or the XLive Wrapper and the dedicated trainer.

Crud, I've been looking around and i found out things for the Australian release of GTA4 had things cut out so the code itself has changed in the game so it can be lowered to a MA 15+ instead of the USA's M 17+, making any trainers useless, unless it's been made for the Australian ones, wish I could learn how to do it for here in Australia.
