Remember, half of your team STILL has a weakness to ice. My Articuno (my fav of my poke's) would ko most of your team. Other than that, not bad. out of ten, without the change, a 6.5.
With the change, a 7.5.

You can give the two starters (Empoleon and Infrenape) A Splash Plate and a Fire (Flame?) Plate. Those will boost your Water and Fire type moves. If you would rather have some HP regain, Leftovers are relatively good to have as well for all of your poke'mon. A Magnet or Zap Plate for your Luxray (Assuming that he/she's almost trained) would boost the power of it's Electric attacks. For your Garchomp, the Focus Sash is a good choice because if gets hit with a powerful Ice-type attack. you will have some time to ritaillate or switch out. Of course, having a Shell Bell (On any of your poke'mon), A Draco Plate, or a Dragon Claw would also be beneficial. As you said before, Giratina already has it's Griseous Orb, and then that leaves you with Lucario. I'd give it a Razor Claw, Razor Fang, King's Rock, Fist Plate, or a Black Belt. Hope I helped!
