JUST 2 WAYs: 1)Remove you're updated windows (XP or VISTA or the BETA version of windows 7) & install it or another orginal windows on you're PC. 2)Check you're sound card & install its software again.
you are supposed to have a system that is slightly higher than the games min system requirements.
Then you are supposed to update you graphic card and sound card drivers to the latest build. And then you are supposed to update DirectX which is provided in the DVD.
In the end you are supposed to take all the display and audio tests in the DirectX Diagonistic Tool.

U know my PC system is very good & i can play all the new games on it with no lag (70 frams per second) so i don't think that this problem is just for my drivers or sth else.everyone that has this problem should install another windows.

We need 2 know about your OC wich SP, and I don't know your "good" Systemrequirements... good is relatively vague ...
So we could figure out what's wrong . At every other answer you'll going to flame I think ...
At first, I want to know every move from the deinstallprocess, that you made to deinstall them @ ALL...
At second... Did you read the other threads with *SoundBugs*?! Did you really tryed the helpful posts?... suuuure...
