I have been trying to do the charge specialty moves on the keyboard and can't figure out what it means..Can anyone tell me what it means when it shows the forward and back arrows charged then the forward and backword arrows without the charge? Please any help would be great.

When it says charge, it means you need to hold down the first input for about 2-3 seconds then do the rest normally. In your case, <-charge-> <- -> means hold down <- for about 2-3 seconds then ->, <-, ->.

Woohoo SONIC BOOM! I like that the moves didn't really change, I played SF when I was 7 on the SNES and I still know the moves haha.
