With the way experience, levels and skills are hard-coded into the missions, it's doubtful one will come out. You'd have to rewrite the missions first, for one; otherwise it would have the same effect as the old exp/skillpoint options in the trainer.

Bugger! Aren't the defend missions random? thought they would go on forever.
