Idem for me with 1.2.58134 retail french version.
I try your 2 trainers but the game crashes all the time.

To those with a retail version of v1.01 or v1.02:

At this time there is no trainer for these retail versions. The best you can try is PWizard's suggestion of using the 'Genesis no-cd fix for 1.0', which will essentially 'down-grade' your game version.

This will allow you to use the retail v1.0 trainer

Too much bugs with genesis 1.0.(squad orders,messages,screens errors,freeze.....)
I try with genesis 2101final and trainer 2102 🤔

Argh, stop , don't try : direct crash!!

I return with original version and dead after dead,many saves...play too much hours with good game and many bugs,randoms scripts and other things....I'm disappointed

I have solution....play Sims....
