Regarding the Mega Trainer 1.5.08, Unlimited Health, Unlimited Armor, ....

Hi All, Please help, I'm trying to use the Mega Trainer 1.5.08 and have had no luck getting things going. I have tried with the trainer file in the Stalker CS directory, and on the desktop. I have tried starting the trainer before the game, and also after the game, and what happens is when I start the trainer before the game, like the instructions say, hit F1 at the main menu, get the "activated", then when I press "load game" or "new game", it crashes back to the desktop. If I load the game first, then ALT-TAB to the desktop, then start the trainer, go back to the game. When I hit F1, it "activates" then crashes back to the desktop. Any ideas??? Thanks in advance!!

Are you running any MODS ? Some of these cause the problems you are referring to. If you have run mods in the past, go to ( C:\Users\Public\Documents\STALKER-STCS ) and delete everything except the LTX file. This just leaves your saved games and logs. This will help if the old mods are causing you problems. If you delete your LTX(user) file also it wont hurt anything....you will just have to reset all your settings....video pref,resolution , etc...this can get agrivating...I have given up on some mods because I could not make them work !
