My fav is absolutely #1Prince Kassad the Stealth General coz he is good for ambush attack. #2Dr. Thrax the Toxin General coz he got the strongest toxin defence and weapon. Muahahahaha..... Anyway, GLA is the best coz thay don't need power supply and they easily get money from black market or by destroying enemy unit(general promotion). They also can auto fix(after upgrade) and upgrade theirselves from enemy scrap (after destroying them). Other advantage is worker can train from supply stash and it's good if command centre was destroyed so I got a chance to recover back and the worker cost is cheap. Also every building can be rebuild again coz worker will come out from GLA hole unless it's completely destroyed. By building tunnel networks I can transport unit all over the maps and recover them from injuries at incredibly fastest rate by inserting them in tunnel network.
The worst for me is General Malcom Granger the Air Force General. The aurora is strong like hell but all the plane cost higher to rebuild if getting hit of course not by the rockets, they got laser on it so advantage to GLA Quad Cannon and China Gattling Cannon and absolutely for China Infantry General.
Anyway I really enjoy playing this game especially with the mod (Thanks to ModDB). LONG LIVE GENERAL!
I reckon the Nuke General is the best. I noticed that all generals have lost some units (e.g USA Super Weapon General Alexis has no tanks), when it comes to the tank general he has some units that are not belonging to the normal Chinese faction and also he doesn't loose any other unit
I agree with SCorpion, the game with the mods is really cool. Have you heard of the CNC mod called Contra, trust me if you haven't played it yet, play it. It is a very good mod and they are making 008 now.
Another good mod was the Shockwave one I liked it.
In the generals challenge, better than the Nuke General would be the Laser General. The laser turret is the best form of defence, effective against everything-especially a group working together
General towne's the best for me even though his defenses sucks a lot of power and his tanks as well. I can survive 6 hard armies by using him, I'm careful about placing power plants 'cause if you grouped them alike and one nuke or scud storm on the groups of power plants and then you're toast. So it's best to scatter them.
Worse general is granger he may have the air superiority, but when those planes of his meets my buddy avenger especially when they're group of avengers then they're just birds that's just got hit by a slingshot.
Haa.!! I prefer to use China's Infantry General specially in quick games... But the disadvantage of mine is when the enemy already knows my tactic.. Seriously., my friends was wiped out quickly in the first game..
