Target her "legs" both left and right, once they are down, go for the main stem. She will fall to the ground and give you a chance to smack her a few times.
And then she will disappear, she will resurface and you have to do it 3 more times.
After the 1st time, tanks etc will come in which is a good chance to get some easy hits in, if you have been invading bases to get the upgrades for the tanks.
Dont forget you can use cars etc to throw at her. Or when the choppers come in use your form to grab the helicopter and take it over and climb above the buildings and smack her with missiles.
And if your lucky you can absorb a commander and use artillery strikes also.
Oh and Don't forget some tuts on ASM and defeating DMA

Of course, Ol' Lizzy is more an ability check fight than anything else. If you dont succeed, play before you get to her and go infiltrate bases etc and get some upgrades so its easier

A good way to beat her is to use the graveyard spike attack it makes the fight really easy

Yeah, Lizzy the lizard is the toughest boss in the game if you ask me, and hard to figure out how to beat her. But nevertheless, I beat her in one try, so if you have enough upgrades and powers, it's doable for sure
