I used to have PS2 version but I dont think the 360 is much different.I do know that you have must be near the ropes and then press either (X,Y,A or B).Just try those out.

It determines which superstars are able to do springboard attacks, the main superstars who can are: Jeff Hardy, Rey Mysterio.
