So i take it the current trainer doesn't work with the game?

It's working.

I can only get energy points and mega hp to work, the orbs are not working.

*g* you need to build at least one in advance to get it working,
but except of one you'll get 9. then you might destroy it and build another one of a different color

Spoiler: if you are using this option in "the soultree mission"
the game will not advance in a certain point. I recommend that you only use mega health and energy but not the orbs in this mission.
