I have version 1.3.0

So for getting the cheats to work Heres how to do it:

1. goto game folder
2. open Program Folder
3. Open _mod_off.h in notepad or notepad++ (recommended)
4. scroll to the line that says

// Show special message for test game statment
#define MOD_BETTATESTMODE "On" // On -DEV version; Test - TST ver; Off - relize

Set it to the above setting for on
when its on the DEV will be shown in the bottom right corner.

5. edit this line
bool bPlayerIsCheater = true; // íà ïåðñïåêòèâó, ïàò÷åì

to what it says. change from false to true.
6.
then the following are optional and can crash the game after a while.

// íåò ñàéâîâ, òîêî â öåðêâè åñòü
bool bHardcoreGame = false;
// ïëàòíûé ñàéâ-ëîàä
//bool bPayForSaveLoad = true;

Set them as above or leave them false.

7. now go ingame.

8. selecet the adventure you want.

9. when its loaded press F11 for the Dev menu.

Caution: changing some options can cause things like a colony thinking your a spy after executing a cheat. So be careful.

But the F11 menu is self explanatory.

Well...I must be a computer moron...Everytime i try to enable one of these "helpful hints"..I get a message that cannot create path/file does not exist! Help please!

The first time I did this it made my game very unstable but I did it again and it works stable, but when i try to turn it off it messes up my controlls and then makes it so I cannot reset them in the options menu, so now its on devmode/testmode 24/7

Did you edit the file in wordpad? Or Notepad.
Cause sometimes restoring the file from the disc can fix it.
I have none but if i edit the settings near the bottom they cause instability but turning on just the cheat mode works fine.

Also if you cannot edit the file make sure read only is disabled.
Right-click on file then select properties then at the bottom make sure the box is white for read only.

I can edit it fine, its just that if i turn it off then return to a save file of mine it is like you are stuck in an event where you cant move side to side with mouse etc. Its fine anyways :P i can still play and ignore the (now evil) F11 button, that damn 6th cheat is too damn tempting

#6 is good but can cause problems. I dont know at this moment if any patches have been made yet or if any discussion of one is in the process. When you get to the main screen goto the controls and try resetting them.

can someone explain what the cheats From F1 to F30 do because i understand what some of them do!
