Here's the readme on the options:

Options
-------

Numpad 1: 9,999,999 Money
Numpad 2: 9,999,999 Lifetime Rewards
Numpad 3: No Needs



Notes
-------

Numpad 1: 9,999,999 Money - Press this key to give 9,999,999 Money. You might
need to press Buy Mode button and then press Live Mode button and then
press this option key. Press Buy Mode button again and you should see
that your money has increased.

Numpad 2: 9,999,999 Lifetime Rewards - Press this key to give 9,999,999 points
towards Lifetime Rewards. They game needs to be unpaused and you
might have to wait a bit for it to take hold (your Lifetime Rewards
points increase a little over time.)

For the following commands, you must press the key and you will see that your
current value will reset to maximum (the bar will turn green and fill up).
You may need to have the game unpaused and the stats screen visible for it to
take hold. If these options don't appear to be working, press F1 again to
reset the trainer and see if that helps.

Numpad 3: No Needs - Your Sim's needs will always be full.



This trainer will allow you to customize the keys if you desire! Use our

Dude the upgrade is worth it. What is it like $20-$35 for LIFETIME membership?

I joined 2007 with a lifetime membership, and it was worth every euro I payed. I think it's worth the money.
