Singleplayer or multiplayer hacking? SP would be allowed I guess as it only affects you and not other players, but talking about multiplayer is against the rules.

Discussions relating to modding are not restricted.
However, in the gaming community, "Hacking" refers almost exclusively to modifying a game to a single person or group's advantage over others online. Those such discussions are not allowed here.

it would just be singleplayer mods not mutiplayer.
