When you become an International Chef or the highest chef lvl 10 you get a fridge that gives you perfect food every time, and you dont have to work your way up use your mailbox to set career to the second highest and get a promotion

Is the ray gun the thing that makes objects have an advantage/disadvantage(e.g. if a tv gets the ray gun used on it, say that its an advantage, it has an increase on motives when a sim uses it.) like the ray gun from the genius trait?
